I've been following the speculation about news of Hispanic illegal alien crime being covered up in news. Tonight the local TV news station reported that a couple were suspects in two murders here in Louisville and may have been involved in a murder in Minneapolis. They said the suspects were a man named Guttenaur and Coty Martinez a WHITE woman. I've never heard that before. What possessed them to say that?

A feeble attempt take the focus off all the hispanic illegal aliens who are killing Americans is my opinion.

There is questions being asked in Florida on this subject.

In my town and all of Florida or maybe nation wide there are only 3 race distinctions made on Police reports.They are White,Black & Asian.

The ony way we know who is commiting what crimes are by last names as far as ethnic groups.By only using the 3 race system it sheilds and does not allow for a analysis of who are doing the crimes.

For example 80% of crimes in our town were done by whites but when names were checked it was revealed Hispanic whites were doing a large portion of the so called white crimes.

The citizens of FLA need to keep asking.

This could be because they are still using the method of identifying Hispanics as "white"

My husband, who is an American of Spanish ethnicity is considered Hispanic. According to his birth certificate, he is "white" as are all of his other family members. It's the same with our children. Although they are half Hispanic and half Caucasion, they are all listed as "white" on their birth certificates. When our last son was born 7 years ago, my husband asked the nurse filling out the information why this was because, while he wasn't offended, he was curious, and she said she didn't know but that's the way it's always been. My brother in law, who is in his 50's said the way it was explained to him way back when he was in his late teens and joined the military was that it had something to do with preventing discrimination against American born Hispanics who, much to their horror, were being lumped in with Mexican and other South American nationals.


Of course, now the situation has changed dramatically, but the paper work hasn't reflected that and there is no distinction being made between the two.

I think some teleprompter writer was dutifully following instructions. It was so absurd! This is TV with the mug shots appearing next to the news readers head.
