Do people in Hawaii or Alaska have any idea what's going on?

I've noticed all major cities in AL are sanctuary cities. Does anyone in either of these states realize WTH is going on in the rest of the country? Do they care? Do they realize the effects illegal immigrants are having? Is there even a SINGLE member from either of those states here on ALIPAC?

ALASKA AND HAWAII ARE HARD FOR MEXICANS TO TRAVEL TO. THEY ARE SO FAR AWAY. SO I BET THEY DONT HAVE MUCH ILLEGAL PROBIES IN THOSE STATES.....YET. BUT THEY WILL, ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE ASKING FOR TROUBLE BY DESIGNATING THEMSELVES AS SANCTUARY STATES.

I think Alaska does more than Hawaii. The 2 Alaska Senators have been somewhat good about opposing amnesty. The 2 Hawaii Senators - forget it!@#$

Alaska very much has illegal Aliens from whereelse - the mexican border that they have trouble with.

We have financial contributors from both Alaska and Hawaii. How many people on our boards here from each state? Not sure... we used to have an active poster from Hawaii.

DANG!!!! THEY GO ALL THE WAY TO ALASKA? WELL NOW THAT I THINK OF IT, THEY DO HAVE THE FISHING INDUSTRY UP THERE. YOU CAN SIGN UP AND GO OUT FOR SIX MONTHS. SO I GUESS THEY PROLLY DO HAVE ILLEGALS DRAWN TO THE EMPLOYMENT. AND THE BOATS PAY CHEAP TOO.

There have been some articles posted here regarding Samoans changing the way of life in Hawaii. However, I doubt if Inouye and Akaka are actually paying attention. They don't seem to pay attention to too much.

Canada actually protects Alaska from most of the illegals. I have a friend that lives in Vancouver, B.C., and he works for their border department, and they actually do their job, and tell them they can't enter without documentation. As he says, NO spells NO! He said they are constantly turning away Mexicans.
