Proposed DEATH PENALTY for anyone that have been caught twice selling illegal drugs in California. Please help us to put this on the ballot!!

WHAT?! Are you insane?! We should legalize, regulate and tax under the FairTax, the illegal drug trade. California is devastated because of illegal immigration that supports an illegal drug trade. Legalize the drug trade, regulate it, require that the entire industry be run by US citizens only from A to Z, top to bottom, under a civil code not a criminal code, tax it under the FairTax, use part of the taxes only drug users pay to better educate the public about the risk and consequences of using drugs and provide free rehab on demand without stigma to anyone who wants or needs it, and put the rest in the coffers of the US treasury, put your state sales taxes in your California treasury, watch the illegals start leaving with no international illegal drug trade to support them, and then stop worrying about what people do.

The death penalty for selling drugs??!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??!! Oh my God. You've no moral right to use laws to prevent someone from using drugs, you've no constitutional right to prevent a US citizen from selling them, and you sure as hell have no right under law or God to put someone to death for it.

That is a little harsh. And besides if you get the Death Penalty all they do is sit on death row for a good many years at tax payers expense. They just need to secure the border (they have the means) and enforce laws on working here ILLEGALLY and give NO BENEFITS to ILLEGALS and do away with birthrite citizenship to ILLEGALS. This would require legislation and would require A PRESIDENT that is in charge of his own faculties. This administration needs to GO!

All I have to say is California, you broke it, you fix it. Look who you elected. IMHO

If california doesn't want to execute them then send them to Texas. Seems they do a pretty good job of it down there.

My Grandfather always told me...any man who was hung for committing a crime never committed that crime again. Makes sense to me.
