Thread: illegals have kids here and call them citizens of the USA

How can an illegal immigrant have kids here and call them citizens of the USA .
If I am correct there is a part in the 14th amendment stating that any child born in this country to a person who dose not owe there allegiants to any other country will automatically be a citizen of this country.
Can someone help me out on this I can not seem to find it again

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the States wherein they reside."

If you read the discussion of the 14th Amendment, it was intended only for those under the complete jurisdiction of the US, and not owing allegiance to any other nation.

Which means our government has been Unconstitutionally giving citizenship to illegal alien babies.

I think William should ask Judicial Watch to file a lawsuit against Saul Arellano, claiming since he has Mexican citizneship and is receiving financial help from the Mexican government, he is not a US citizen and should be deported to Mexico with his mother.

I would certainly financially help with this lawsuit, and I am sure many other Americans would also.

But, they will never take citizenship away from the anchor babies. I would love to see it happen since it really is illegal, but I don't think it will.

You make a great point Bowman with the "financial" help! I didn't see it like that! I'll be on board for such a lawsuit!
