Will they be deported? Nope!
Last night Spanish television ran another report on some illegals caught by the INS. However, several were now in New York on bail waiting a hearing. Say what? Well, because they paid a coyote they are considered "victims" of human trafficking so they get to have a hearing to see whether they get deported or not. Our wonderful supreme court ruled that any illegal can request a hearing or something?
This is just another reason why we have no real immigration policy. They should have been deported already should they not have? Lawyers and politics and money. It just seems to me that everybody gets in sooner or later if they don't die coming across the desert first? The border patrol is nothing more than a barrier to avoid and the system is for immigration lawyers to line their pockets with money. Am I wrong?
