    10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the United States . http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ ... dt.01.html

    11. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroine and marijuana, crossed into the U. S. from the Southern border. Homeland Security Report: http://tinyurl.com/t9sht

    12. The National Policy Institute, "estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period." http://www.nationalpolicyinstitute.org/ ... tation.pdf

    13. In 2006 illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin. http://www.rense.com/general75/niht.htm

    14. "The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One Million Sex Crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States ". http://www.drdsk.com/articleshtml

So using the LOWEST estimates, the annual cost OF ILLEGAL ALIENS is $338.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR! So if deporting them costs between $206 and $230 BILLION DOLLARS, Hell get rid of em', We'll be ahead after the 1st year!!!

Great information to keep at hand when someone talks about how badly we need them.

Try and get rid of them. It's not easy. I've called ICE on several occasions and the people I reported are still here, happily employed illegally. We can give each other all this advice but it's all useless if the authorities don't do anything about it.

    Hi there Spunky, welcome aboard!

Gee, I think the long-timers here appreciate your frustration.

I hope, some others with more direct experience in this realm will chime in - but, if I had to boil it down to just a simple sentence or two of advice I'd say:
keep on them (local authorities especially), be careful of course, and document, document, document... as much as you can.
It takes more work than a phone call or two, but with some sustained and focused energy (and having other people nearby equally involved), results can be realized... (IMHO - just my 0.02 cents...)

We all understand how you feel.

What we can all do is speak up--Loudly and Daily--to our elected officials, Federal, State and Local.

Regular folks like us stopped last months' Shamnesty bill. Enough U.S. Senators decided it was best to listen to the American People instead of Bush and his cronies. We ARE making progress! DO NOT give up!

Personally, I live for the day Elvira Arellano is hauled out of Adalberto United Methodist 'Church' by the curly permed hair on her head and deported back to Mexico where she belongs. When ICE finally performs their duty by ridding us of Ms. Arellano, I will be somewhat convinced they are getting serious about immigration law. Until that time, I will continue to call them daily, no matter how snotty and hateful some of them are to me, and report her illegal alien arse for defying her deportation order.

ICE operator informed me that if the information is already on file and you keep on calling back, they do not resend it again to the appropriate agency because it clogs up their computers. So, you can keep on calling and calling but it doesn't do any good because no one knows about it except the ICE operator. Last time I called this is what I was told. She checked to see if the people I reported were on file (which they were) and she said she's not sending it again because the agency (I'm not sure which agency) was already sent this info the first time around.

Yep spunky, I get told the same thing every time I call, too. I still call!

If I can't live and work in peace, neither will those employed by our federal government, especially Chicago ICE .
