12 million criminals to be pardoned.

We have 12 million criminals in this country who will be pardoned.

    Illegal Immigration is a Crime

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
    Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
    has committed a federal crime.

Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

    1. United States Code
TITLE 8 - ALIENS AND NATIONALITY
CHAPTER 12 - IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY
    SUBCHAPTER II - IMMIGRATION
PART VIII - GENERAL PENALTY PROVISIONS

Our immigration system is not broken, our representatives are broken. They are not enforcing the very laws that they made. Let’s fix that.

If illegal immigrants and politicians don't care about the law, why should anybody else?

As a Correctional Officer I agree with you.

As a Correctional Officer I agree with you.
I see some INS holds we have and most of them laugh at it.
They are even open enough to admit that they will be back in no time.
It must be easier to cross the border than we may think. A friend of mine gave me a book to read called ON THE LINE inside the US Border Patrol by Erich Krauss with Alex Pacheco. I would join but I am too old now so they say. And the guys that do patrol the Border do the best they can with what they have and as far as I am concerned they do not have all they need , Also the legalities they have to contend with – it can and is a very hard job two of my friends that are younger are now border Patrol. What I am not so sure of is the rumor that the Mexican army is on the other side and do nothing
