    Nappy ? , who has authority to riegn in this clown?

    Ok , question for the legal scholars out there.

    Its rumored that congress is going to start investigations , they will call people like Holder and Nappy.

    Now are these people compelled by law to appear and answer questions ?

    Who has authority to deem them not doing their jobs or incompetent in their jobs ?

    Does congress have arrest authority?

    IMO , Attorney General and head of Homeland security SHOULD NOT BE POLITICAL JOBS

    In this case we know Obomba is full tilt open borders , 2 of the people charged with protecting this country SHOULD not be his political lackeys.

    i would think nothing will be done, however people can get charged with contempt of congress.
