THE DATE OF THIS ARTICLE IS SEPT. 9TH. AND I THINK IT WAS KILLED RIGHT AFTER THAT. LIKE DAYS AFTER THAT. WASN'T IT? I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT TWO TRUCKS WERE SUPPOSE TO COME THROUGH, BUT THEY ONLY SENT ONE....AND THEN THEY CUT OFF FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT. AND THERE IS A COURT HEARING ABOUT IT IN OCTOBER. THAT IS HOW I REMEMBER IT GOING DOWN.

I myself wondered about this...Remember the Bill that was passed was for the year "2008" I had asked the question if the funds were being held back for "08" would they be able to still run for the duration of "07"? I guess my answer is YES!!!
