Maine Gas Company To Trump Voters: Find Another Supplier Or Freeze

The Portland Press Herald is reporting another company is refusing to do business with Trump supporters and naturally, the ‘tolerant’ left is completely silent. A Maine gas company left a message for customers and potential customers that if they voted for President-elect Trump, they can get their gas from another supplier or freeze. For the record, current temperatures in Maine range from 15 to 20 degrees fahrenheit.

The message says, “Thank you for calling Turner LP gas. If you voted for Donald Trump for president I will no longer be delivering your gas — please find someone else.”

This is not the first time a company said they will not do business with Trump supporters. Mathew Blanchfield, CEO of 1st in SEO, based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico said he will no longer work with Trump supporters. GrubHub CEO Matt Maloney sent a company-wide email, essentially saying if people who worked there held the same views as Donald Trump, they were welcome to quit.

The left, who have fits of rage if a baker doesn’t want to contract with a gay couple to bake a cake for their wedding, haven’t said much of anything about refusing to business with Trump supporters.

In fact, the silence is deafening.

Hopefully, he would not actually deny gas to people, in spite of his silliness.

After Donald Trump won the presidential election in November Maine propane dealer told Trump supporters he would no longer sell them propane in the winter.

They’d just have to freeze.

WABI TV spoke with Turner after the story made national headlines.



Now this…

Turner has not had a license to sell propane since 2012.

Central Maine reported:

Michael Turner, who said he would not sell fuel to anyone who voted for President-elect Donald Trump, has not been licensed since 2012.

A local propane dealer who said in a recent message that he won’t sell to anyone who voted for President-elect Donald Trump has been delivering and dispensing gas without a state license for at least two years, state officials said this week.

Michael Turner, who operates of Turner LP Gas Service on Canaan Road, left a message for would-be customers on his company’s voice mail, saying “If you voted for Donald Trump for president, I will no longer be delivering your gas. Please find someone else.” That message was left on a Friday, when the weather was bitterly cold. The message goes on to say that the cost of gas remains $110 a bottle, with payment due on delivery.

However, Turner is not licensed to sell gas.

According to the Maine Fuel Board, Turner’s propane license expired in 2012. Turner had two licenses, one for delivery and the other for dispensing, which expired in 2012 and 2014, respectively. The board became aware of the issue after the news of Turner’s message was reported by the Portland Press Herald late last week.
