Am I wasting time calling ICE with illegal hiring info?
Monday I am planning to call ICE with information about a specific McDonalds restaurant. I don't have documents in hand but I am 99% sure this restaurants working staff are all llegal.
Is it worth the call? I guess maybe just to at least make them log the call. Anyone with experience?
I have made general call to McDonalds but they just brush you off and have no interest in responding.
I wish Lou Dobbs would do a segment on (some) McDonalds & Burger Kings illegal hiring practice.

I say go for it. It's probably like everything else where it just gets swept under the rug and forgotten about, but I would go for it. Maybe we need to start picketing these places, especially if you see that they are empty on May 1st. That might get some tv time.

This would be a great case study. Call the specific McDonalds, and ask to speak to the manager. Ask them outright that you are doing a survery for 'Citzens for taxpayer justice, " or something like that.
Ask the name of the manager, and if they will go on record as to if they have illegal aliens working for them, as you are making an ICE list to refer for prosecution by federal agents. Tell them that it is illegal to hire illegal immigrants.
See what they say.

Good idea Badmonkey. I might actually try that. In fact, I am part of a concerned tax paying group. Me, Myself, my wife, my kids, etc.

Get the information on file. Even if the current administration at ICE does not respond, that may not be the case next year and we need your report on file.
Also, consider filing it through www.wehirealiens.com where the rest of the country can see that business has been reported.
