    Illegal Alien Kills Nun

Just heard on Fox News that an illegal alien with several DUI's being processed for deportation was released and drove drunk again, killing a nun and injuring two others. The blood of this nun and rancher Rob Krenz is on the hands of this administration who cares more about cheap labor and illegal alien voters than they do about the lives of the American people. I hope Obama can sleep at night with this on his conscience...........

Drunk illegal alien, awaiting deportation kills nun in Va.

    Immigration Reform Examiner Dave Gibson

    Carlos Montano
    Prince William County Police Department

On Sunday, Prince William County police arrested Carlos A. Martinelly Montano, 23, after he slammed head on into a car in which three Benedictine nuns were traveling. Sister Denise Mosier was killed instantly, her two companions were taken by helicopter to the hospital where they both remain in critical condition.

Montano was charged with DUI and involuntary manslaughter.

This is actually Montano’s third DUI arrest in Prince William County over the last five years. At the time of the crash, the illegal alien was free on bond while awaiting deportation proceedings.

Montano is currently being held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail.

A list of a of few Montano’s offenses follows:

    - April 2009…he was arrested for driving without a license and convicted in June.

-October 2008…he was stopped for driving 55 in a 35 mph zone, and was found to have a .17 blood alcohol level. Montano was sentenced to three years probation and his driver’s license was suspended.

-December 2007…he was arrested for being drunk in public.

-July 2007…he was charged with DUI and convicted later that same year.

Though Immigration and Customs enforcement ordered Montano to be deported in March 2009, he continued to have run-ins with the law, and remained free.

According to spokesman Jonathan Perok, Prince William County Police notified ICE after both his first and second DUI arrests. The department is now investigating how the illegal alien was able to obtain a valid driver’s license.

Corey Stewart, chairman of the Prince William Board of Supervisors, issued the following statement on the case: “The despicable thing is that this criminal was … handed over to ICE twice, and released by ICE twice. He’s gone out an killed a nun. That’s a perfect example of what’s wrong with immigration enforcement in this country. The blame is on representatives in Congress for being so flaccid on the issue, and they continue not to fund the deportation of illegal immigrants in this country.â€

Ironic. The Roman Catholic Church is the largest sponsor of illegal aliens from Mexico.

They won't lift a finger to contest this.

Bleeding Hearts will claim his immigration status is irrelevant and this just shows the need for more education about alcohol abuse. Geraldo Rivera comes to mind.

My reply to the Washington Times article below:

"Well, I guess Arizona isn't the only place we have problems with illegals? I moved out of Prince William County because we were being over run with four families in a home, septic systems backing up, noise to all hours of the morning (throughout the night), and the crime rates that increased significantly. If this teaches anything is that the Fed isn't going to do it's job...period! I saw an interview with the family (only as the "lame stream press can do) and they were all about their nephew not being a "monster", and he has a "little" drinking problem. They also said he was in the country legally and has fathered two children (edit: anchor babies). In fairness to the "lame stream media", they said this guy was going to the landfill (off Dumfries Rd) to take the trash out. This guy should be tried and executed for his crime. Whether premeditated or not, this guy needs to answer in accordance with the written law of the land, not some policy of the Fed not to do their jobs. Help this country out..."Vote the bums out who allowed this to happen"...that is every sitting politician in the Fed."
"Throw every eligible*politician out of the Federal Govenment this November!* If their replacement doesn't do the job, then throw them out the next go around."
