Thanks to your phone calls, Harry Reid knew he could not get the votes for cloture and so he did not even try to pass amnesty. However, he will still try to bring it up for a vote next week, so keep calling your Senator.

But the most pressing matter is beating this in the House of Representatives. Pelosi is trying to bring on the DREAM Act tomorrow. Call your congressman and demand they vote against this nightmare of an amnesty.

We have them on the retreat! Keep up the good work.

Thank you Americanized. We must call and email and contact the district offices too. They need some faxes flowing in that say "You represent American citizens, not illegal aliens."

Yes, Reid backed up a week in response to the letter from 42 Republican Senators vowing to hold out for tax breaks, but I disagree with Tancredo's assertion that we have the Amnesty pushers retreating.

They are highly likely to defeat us tomorrow in the US House and establish momentum for the Senate and there are to many RINO's that can give them the 2-3 more votes they need in the Senate.

This thing is tooth and nail right now and the other side is holding more cards than we are.

We had better fight this thing tooth and nail with every ounce of energy we can muster.

The illegals and their supporters are in easy range of victory if they get this done before Americans figure out what is going on.

If we could only stall the house from voting for a week to give us more time to overcome the failure of Fox and talk radio to get fully energized against this.

That is the whole plan of the DREAMERS and the backers of the DREAMERS -- they are doing all of this and more behind the scenes and do not want the publicity in the papers, the news media, etc. so it doesn't get noticed by U.S. Citizens -- it's all done "hush, hush" and "under the radar" so Americans won't spring into action and begin shutting down the WH phone lines -- I think ALIPAC and NUMBERSUSA HAVE TO RING THE CHURCH BELLS AND SOUND THE SIRENS VERY LOUD STARTING NOW AND AWAKEN AMERICANS AS TO WHAT THE SNEAKY DREAMERS, WH, REID, PELOSI AND THE SOROS-BACKED ORGANIZATIONS ARE UP TO!!!! There are a lot of talk radio shows. Have heard Rick Roberts and Roger Hedgecock talking about it and they are based in CA.

All and all the media has done a lousy job of informing the general public about this but then that is why some in talk radio call them the lamestream media.

Very true, unfortunately. I don't get Laura Ingraham, unfortunately, so I don't know what she's been up to, but most of the hosts-the exception being Mark Levin-have been AWOL on this issue.
