OT: The lesser of the two evils argument

I'm on a roll today. This is for those who vote for a Republican because they think a Democrat would be so much worse. Let me tell you something. Lets name some of the most dangerous nation wrecking liberals in this country today.

    1. Hillary Clinton (D)
    2. George Bush (R)
    3. Ted Kennedy (D)
    4. John McCain (R)
    5. Arlen Specter (R)
    6. John Kerry (D)
    7. Condi Rice (R)
    8. Bill Clinton (D)
    9. Al Gore (D)
    10. Jimmy Carter (D)
    11. Bill Frist (R)
    12. Jeb Bush (R)

That's 6 Republicans and 6 Democrats. What is the difference between all of them? Answer, not a g-d damn thing. They are all one and the same. They are all a bunch of rotten, evil, lying, low life scumbags. Remember this when you go to the polls. These traitors will do and say anything to stay in power. They will tell you what you want to hear and as soon as you vote them back in, they will stab you in the backside. Stop voting for these false choices. A vote for a Republicrat or a Demican is a vote for the NWO and a vote for your own enslavement. Remember that. Voting for the lesser of the two evils is still voting for evil period. Stop justifying it because you keep voting for these guys and eventually you will never have a good choice on who to vote for period, no matter what election your in, if it's local, state, federal, presidential, doesn't matter.

    Voting Reform

Voting the bums out means we gotta' vote in the other bums. The two parties are merely two sides of the same coin. Until we get more parties offering more to choose from, we got Pete and RePete. I do not mean Ralph Nader - puh-LEEZ!

--All ballots in English - only. Whiners who claim they can't vote because they don't understand have failed to do their duty. If they are entitled to vote, and voting is important enough, you learn to speak the language of the land.

--All candidates, issues, whatever are listed A-Z, Z-A, 1-10, 10-1, but not in the random order pretzel nonsense that exists in California.

--This is my favorite: Add "None of the above." If 'None' wins the most votes, then we start over. Problem is, humans have little patience, less stamina and hate spending more money to print new ballots. So the runner up wins. At least it sends a very loud message to the losers: we hate you all. Pay attention default winner, get a clue.

Now what? Seriously, I love debating the issues contributing to the illegal aliens. But, it sure takes a lot of time to email/call all the directly involved Senators and Representatives, and just the top three news channels (MSNBC is just silly, so I don't bother with them), and just to respond to a few newspaper editorials, and maybe an opposing organization or two (politely offering my views).

This is worth the effort and commitment. We cannot get lazy and stop speaking up loud and often.

Well said but I think you have to count George Bush twice.

I totally agree. Until we break the stranglehold of the two sides of the one-party system, our hands are tied.
We need a third party - and I hope one will appear really soon. That should help break their hold.

nntixe, I saw a spot on the news last night which claimed that record numbers of voters were registering as "independent" or "other" rather than as Republicans or Democrats. The guest speaker was saying that the Reps and Dems combined would be in the minority within 10 years or so. Independents currently make up more than 25% of the voters according to this news cast.
I feel that things will never change as long as we vote for the "lessor of two evils". These RepDems have no reason to change their ways as long as they know that they'll get our votes.

Voatnow1, That's a fact. They know if they send up one hack from each of the so-called two parties - there will be enough diehards that vote the party line to make a goodly number for each. They also know there will be enough Americans who because of their upbringing and belief that is our duty, will go out and vote for one or the other. It is hard to just say, I can't vote for either - but quite a few Americans do. I believe I would have thrown up on the spot if I had voted for either Gore, Kerry, or Bush.

So, they know, no matter, one of them will win. They can put on their charades, continue to keep their contributors happy, and sock away that money.

Washington is full of beady eyed, thin lip, pencil neck geeks!

We are now having our primary on tuesday, I am in an absentee area. Where there were only two candidates I didn't like, I simply wrote in "None of the Above".
