While the sweeps of the past commonly led to the deportation of such workers, the “silent raids,â€

I'd rather see a bunch of stories showing illegal alien employers being hauled off to jail and then sentenced to a 3-5 year sentence without parole including the HR staff who do the hiring! E-Verify is free, it's easy and should be made "mandatory" for all employers!! If you want a license to work you use it. You hire and illegal you go to jail! Take away the jobs and freebies and for the most part they'll self deport.

Besides we have little need other than ag jobs for foreign workers. Ag jobs can be filled via a number of temp worker programs. The worker comes (minus their family..hey if our own soldiers, sailors, and airman can go unaccompanied so can these people) picks the crops and then returns to their home country. They fail to leave they should be permanently banned from future employement and/or future citizenship as well as family members!

I agree with you. And do you notice Obama is still refusing to deport these people. Hell they already have them in hand.
