I don't know if this would work.

I don’t know if this would work as a way to force the government to protect our border and force sanctuary cities and churches to turn in illegal aliens but. By the government not enforcing border security and removing illegal aliens they would be monetarily and financially responsible for the injuries and deaths caused by the illegal aliens since they refuse to enforce our laws that are to protect US Citizens from these criminals. The same goes for the sanctuary cities and churches that protect and aid abed criminals, illegal aliens who by entering our country illegally are criminals in every since of the word. Be kind of interesting if there was a massive class action law suit to see what would happen.

I am no attorney so I don’t know if it would fly but if a business owner can be held responsible for the crimes his illegal workers commit why can’t the government, cities, states, and churches be held responsible for the actions that the illegal aliens that they protect?
Some people are alive only because there are laws against killing them.

Judicial Watch is the only group of attorneys that act in our behalf. www.judicialwatch.org. Perhaps an e-mail to them would provide some answers.

The only problem with suing "the government" is it is essentially suing the taxpayers, and we are already paying the costs of illegal immigration financially and socially. Class action lawsuits, on a massive scale, against churches, employers and the ethno-centric special interest groups sounds good. When it comes to filing suit against governments, whether federal, state, or local, the suit would have to be directed specifically at elected and appointed officials. Force individual responsibility and accountability. If a lawsuit results in a judgement against "the government", whether local or national, it either gets charged off gainst the taxpayers or the national credit card for our grandchildren to pay.

Sometimes you have "to sue yourself". For example Condo Associations.

Sometimes things get so corrupt, it is the only way to stop it.

I would rather use tax money getting them OUT, via lawsuits, than tax money giving them benefits, freebies and a lush life and anchor babies, by doing nothing.
