I was basically shocked to see the write-up on http://illegalprotest.com/2007/11/06...-november-5th/ about the Vicente Fox protest last night.

"There were just two speakers at the Ramada Inn before the protest, Frank Scavo and Dan Smeriglio of Voice of the People USA. The intent was to have speakers after the protest, but after we got rained on and it was so late, there were a lot fewer people on hand after the protest, which is not a surprise… So, many of the speakers did not get to speak, even though they traveled for hours to do so. I attribute that to the learning curve of a new group made up of young inexperienced people. They have 100% of their heart in this and they are learning the ins and outs of holding rallies and protests as they go. So I don’t fault them for their inexperience. We are very happy to have their generation stand with us in this fight - because we mostly fight for THEIR future, not our own."

I beg your pardon? Ruth Miller (Illegal Protest - she's the whole group) declined to be a speaker several times. AND how dare this imbecile blame us at VOPUSA for being inexperienced, when we are the ones who started the whole thing up here back in the Spring! The weather got bad, people were cold and wet.

I am offended that she hid this insult under a coat of "we're happy to have this generation" ...

Well, obviously NOT.
