Thread: DEMOCRATS CAUSED THIS MESS!

Bill Clinton and his Democrats friends started this mess by giving out loans to anybody, principally, and lower income people who vote for Democrats. Republicans went along to make the quick buck. No down loans, reverse mortgage, ARMS! Adujstable rate mortgages shhould be illegal! Fixed only with at least %10 down if not %20! Interest only loans? What is that crap?

Obama and the Democrats are more to blame than the Republicans. Look to see who votes NO on this? HOUSE REPUBLICANS!


DEMOCRAT Bill Clinton signed NAFTA which closed so many of our plants and factories. This is why I say beware Obama! The Democrat party is NOT what so many think it is!

I'm not comfortable with the view that points towards minorities, because for every bad loan at the low end of the market there were bad loans at the middle and higher ends too. And, one bad jumbo loan would equal many of the smaller loans in terms of liquidity damage to the issuing bank. A lot of people were pushing exotic loan products, and everyone from the builder to the realtor and the taxing locality took their cut first, before the loans went bad.

I always found "If it's too good to be true, it is." and "Anything worth having isn't free or easy, and if it is.....wait awhile and you will end up paying double what you thought you saved."
