Thread: NO EQUAL PROTECTION IN SAN FRANSICKO

San Francisco is proof George Orwell got it right when he wrote "Some pigs are created more equal than others." San Fransicko is not only refusing to prosecute illegal alien drug dealers caught selling drugs on our streets or cooperate with immigration enforcement instead they use Citizen taxes to pay for a free ride home while they continue to prosecute and incarcerate U.S. Citizens arrested for the same offenses! Does that sound like 'Equal Protection' to you?
Abe Lincoln called out the troops when the south told the government they didn't like their laws and would make their own, why is President Bush letting the Sodom Sicko of the West Coast coast?
The San Francisco ordinance reads:
"No department, agency, commission, officer or employee of the City of San Francisco shall use any city funds or resources to assist in the enforcement of Federal immigration law or to gather or disseminate information regarding the immigration status of individuals in the city and county of San Francisco unless such assistance is required by federal or state statute regulation or court decision."
I thought that Federal law applied everywhere in the U.S., but it appears fair and Equal protection under the law applies only to illegal aliens and enemy combatants.
Please explain to me how it is 'Equal' when ONLY CITIZENS are being prosecuted for breaking the law? I'm thinking about giving up my tax payer status so I can sell high profit illegal drugs, be protected from prosecution and get free trips home.

I agree, or cities like this where they (elected officials) decided they don't like federal law and just won't do it. Like Daley in Chicago. Can't be having more and more dual standards and mixed rules.

Just returned from a long weekend in Denver....
We spent alot of TIME & MONEY in the Malls (Cherry Creek & Park Meadows), and I saw FIRST HAND why the Democrat Convention is in this SANCTUARY CITY!
Every eating establishment had people speaking Spanish... EVERYONE!
Even the Chinese Food Resteraunts! After spending 5 days in Denver I can Honestly say... DEPORT THEM ALL!!! EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!
If a guy cant go to a Subway and order a ColdCut Combo without REPEATING IT 4 TIMES???? Screw It... SCREW THEM...SCREW THE POLITICIANS WHO ALLOW IT!
