I am from WA state, serving in Iraq. HERE IS WHAT I WAS WAITING FOR!!!! A chance for us to put this to the ballot. WA. State is going to need ALIPACS help. I wish I were home for this to help spread the word. Thank you all so much


Initiative Seeks State Crackdown


Ballot Title : Initiative Measure No. 409 concerns enforcement of immigration laws.


This measure would require state and local agencies to cooperate in enforcing federal immigration laws and would require verifying immigration status of persons seeking employment, receiving driver’s licenses* and receiving some public benefits.

(* Washington is one of five states that issues driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.)


Ballot Measure Summary


This measure would require state and local government agencies to cooperate with the federal government in enforcing immigration laws. Employers would be required to verify immigration status of employees, subject to penalty. It would require verification of immigration status of applicants for some state, local and federal public benefits. Nonprofit organizations would be prohibited from offering employment services without proof of immigration status. Issuance of driver’s licenses would be prohibited without proof of immigration status.

Supporters of Initiative 409 must collect 224,880 signatures by December to force the Legislature to either act on the proposal or place it before voters. You may sign this petition at Republican Hdqrs.

How many signatures do they have so far? December is right around the corner!

Whooooo Hoooo!!! this is good news I am right next door to Wash. and it has been a night mare for surrounding states....going to send this to my state Senators right now, they are working on a bill for the new session in Jan. this will help encourge them.

Since Oregon stopped giving drivers licenses to illegals they are going over the state line and getting them in Wash. so I am sure Oregon is raising alittle hell about this, that will help.

Great News, will do all I can to help!! Sending to all I know in Wash. state for signatures!

I have sent this sites address to the folks at the Republican commitee in my precinct. The Chair didnt know ALIPAC existed. She will be sharing it at the next commitee meeting. As long as I draw breath, I will get the message out. Illegals MUST go. Period. We may have lost the election, this time, but, I have a feeling that we are going to come back stronger in 2 years when people are tired of getting illegals and radical liberalism, and "compulsory service" rammed down their throats. I am looking forward to the battle!!!!!!!!!!!! I know we WILL win! Right on SoSADFORUS, lets take it to them. Its time to take our country BACK!
