Question ?
Does anyone know of a business (landscaper or contractor, etc.) who has successfully sued a competitor who won a "bid" because the winner used illegals for his workmen ? If so, on what theory of law was the business successful. Thanks.

I think this would be covered under the RICO act of 1996.
Talk to an attorney, this must be stopped.
I just read a post on congress.org posted to the President. He is a New Castle PA landscaper who was complaining he needed more H-2B workers,he was asking the president to increase the H-2B visa workers........"A Government big enough to give you everything you want,is strong enough to take everything you have"* Thomas Jefferson
