    Question ?

Does anyone know of a business (landscaper or contractor, etc.) who has successfully sued a competitor who won a "bid" because the winner used illegals for his workmen ? If so, on what theory of law was the business successful. Thanks.

It would be 'unfair business practice.' Depending on your state, it might be called something else, but an attorney would know what you are talking about.

I think this would be covered under the RICO act of 1996.

Talk to an attorney, this must be stopped.

I just read a post on congress.org posted to the President. He is a New Castle PA landscaper who was complaining he needed more H-2B workers,he was asking the president to increase the H-2B visa workers........

I wish that I could say yes.

The two fields have been completely taken over in the Atlanta area for at least 5 years. They started the take over in the mid 90s.
