Sex attacks up 70% in just one German city – “You can’t really do anything alone anymore”

Freiburg is a city that has been rocked by migrant related incidents. On 14 October this year, a teen girl was raped by seven Syrians and two years ago teenager Maria Ladenburger was raped and murdered by an Afghan migrant.
The incidents have made German women in Freiburg and elsewhere more fearful and they have a point. According to a report of broadcaster RTL Germany, the number of sex attacks in the city have increased by 70 per cent.
A police officer says sexual offences have dramatically increased in Freiburg and adds that Germans are perpetrators as well.
“The last two years it has changed for the worse,” two interviewed girls say. “You can’t walk alone in the city,” she adds.
“You can’t really do anything alone anymore, you can’t be at work without being afraid. Of course it is now worse than before,” another girl says.

Overwhelming majority of gang rapes in Germany committed by foreigners – Study

The gang rape of a German teen by seven Syrians in Freiburg has made the issue a hot topic in the country. Earlier this month a German security expert already said Germany has imported gang rapes which are mostly committed by Arab men.
New statistics of a German fact checker show he points in the right direction as the country has seen a massive increase of gang rapes committed by foreigners, who it should be pointed out, are a tiny minority of the population.
While the state sponsored German site tries to spin all statistics and interpretations to defend migrants, it cannot hide the fact that 67.1 per cent of ‘sudden gang rapes’ (or not planned gang rapes) were committed by foreigners last year.
In 2016 this number was even higher, with 67.8 per cent of foreigners committing this sort of sex crime.
Among regular gang rapes the number of foreigners was massively overrepresented as well. In 2016, 53.6 per cent of gang rapes were committed by foreigners and in 2017 the number is 52.2 per cent.
According to the data, which was interpreted by Tageschau, the proportion of Syrians, Afghans and Iraqis has increased significantly. It shows this is obviously related to immigration since 2015, when the migrant crisis began.
By using social economic status, a sharp decrease of gang rapes and other factors, the German site tries to spin the numbers in the advantage of foreigners, but while doing this it forgets about other factors.
Things like if people still report as much to the police as in the past or what the effect is of the increasing number of migrant gang rapes, which obviously happened less in the past.
Do migrants or foreigners threaten their victims with death, or are their gang rapes more violent? These are all factors that can lead to fewer police reports and they should be considered as well.

German police ‘cover up how a Syrian raped a disabled woman several times’

According to two German news sources, police have ‘covered up’ a Syrian asylum seeker’s rape of a disabled woman. At least one of them is a reliable source and known for quality journalism.
According to Philosophia Perennis and reliable news outlet Junge Freiheit a Syrian asylum seeker repeatedly raped a woman after being attacked in a hallway.
The incident that happened in the town of Chemnitz, was classified by the police as ‘not press-free’, after both German news sites asked for more information.
After combined researched both media sources allege that a Syrian asylum seeker raped a severely, visually impaired woman.
Andrzej Rydzik, the deputy spokesman of the police department of Chemnitz confirmed investigations into the alleged rape to Junge Freiheit.
Among their questions, the newspaper wanted the alleged victims identity confirmed, whether the alleged perpetrator is still on the run and why there was no press release from the police?
“For tactical reasons, and above all for reasons of victim protection,” Andrzey Rydzik told the newspaper, “there was no publication of information in any of our media”.
