Napolitano hasn't secured border

Regarding the column on Sunday by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano as part of the Arizona 2020 package on Mexico, "A secure border is vital for commerce": You gotta be kidding. Napolitano has been spouting this "secure border" promise since the first day she took office as governor of our state.

She is very good (and so would any Arizonan) at explaining why a secure border would be a really, really good thing.

But in her former position as governor and now as secretary of Homeland Security, about all she has accomplished is statement after statement containing the same old, sound-good, feel-good, rhetoric.

Not much action. Why doesn't she just admit that she doesn't have the power or the will to really do any thing meaningful about the problem?
