Thread: Does it even make a diff. that the DREAM Act was defeated?

The DREAM Act was defeated in Congress, for the 5th or 6th time. OK, so what has changed?

A lot of truth in that article, as we all know. In the long run we have pretty much derailed the future citizenship/voting process which likely was the deeper strategy motivating Democrats to push this legislation. If any of these amnesty bills had been passed the door would have been kicked wide open for a radical transformation of our country.

We are going to look, though, to changes in the new Congress to deal with related issues.

If we can get more enforcement then that will change things, those who would have received amnesty will instead have to leave.

Good luck getting these current Politicians and the ones coming in keeping Amnesty and the Dream act Out.

You don't know Steven King or Lamar Smith very well.

They are a pushy bunch, they think that if they just keep screaming about it we'll give in. They are like a bunch of spoiled kids who are being told no after so many years of getting what they want. They need to learn that no really means no this time!

I am a California resident, one of the "old white guys" they often rail about and I am convinced that one way or another they are more or less going to get their way. Of course, I hope I am wrong and I hope it is not within my lifetime but I just don't see any good end here.
This is an invasion from within and a successful one at that. And just like Maywood (Maywood was the first California city with an elected Hispanic City Council and with an over 40% illegal population) which has gone bankrupt and is as lawless and chaotic as any place in Mexico, so too will follow a lot more of California unless there are changes that I can't imagine.

What I loved is that Obama and big Unions funded they're toll free number, just call and it automatically counted as vote yes!
