Remember a year ago when Napolitano's department released a nine-page document titled "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment ". Ms. Napolitano defended the report, which says “rightwing extremismâ€

Yes, the Arizona shooter turned out to be a genuine, medical-grade psychotic in need of serious medicine and confinement.

All of the attacks on Americans I have seen in the past couple of years have been perpetrated by left-wing lunatics. Why not include them?

I could post a plethora of more video's however I think I have gotten my point across.

Everyone can recall that when the Giffords shooting happened in Arizona, we were all immediately told by press and officials that that Jared Loughner had all these ties to right wing groups.

IN THE AZ SHOOTER CASE ALL OF THESE INITIAL CLAIMS WERE FALSE.

But it's been a day already. In Loughner's case, the speculation was being made within hours of the event. Plus many of Norway's own media sources have already compiled a very well documented profile of this character going by his online postings, facebook profile, people who knew him, etc.

    Here's a Norway article translated:

Didn't our government also release a report citing left-wing extremism last year???

"The department's definition of left-wing extremism in the March 26 report includes a reference to violence, stating these groups that embrace anticapitalist, communist or socialist beliefs seek "to bring about change through violent revolution rather than through established political processes."

Our government is right and should be looking into all three groups in our country whether they're left-wing, right-wing, or islamic extremist.

patoloco, The Department of Homeland Security under Obama is VERY WRONG and is trying to smear any American that is concerned about illegal immigration and other issues as potentially violent terrorists.

This is most likely because they know their plan is to flood America with so many people that hate us that eventually people will start to violently oppose this attack.

Whether or not the accused shooter in Norway had right wing ties or not, or was most likely just crazy, has no relationship to our situation here in America.

To many people like you are just so happy to jump up and down and say look look an evil white guy did something.

Yet you are silent as several innocent Americans lose their lives each day to illegal alien invaders. Thousands of Americans are being killed in illegal alien atrocities against our citizens each year and you want to talk about right wing bogymen that kill rarely and very few statistically compared to the illegals.

Perhaps from the civilian "training" videos for our own DHS.

I think that Napolitano and Holder tried to jump back in to where investigation of right wing extremism had left off during the Clinton administration. In the 1990's there were some over-the-edge miltia groups operating around the country and the Oklahoma City bombing still loomed as a major event.

But things change. Issues that were not prominent at one time become issues now requiring attention and others disappear as priorities. Napolitano is living in some sort of daydream. I would like to see what history now thinks of her term as governor in Arizona. However, I know there were some outrageous things happening in Arizona (such as financial fraud rings) that she and the AG, Terry Goddard, had to crack down on, but she's probably carrying this baggage over into her US government job.
