He is saying "DO NOT LET THE PRESSURE UP ON THE SENATE". Don't be lulled into thinking that cloture will fail. Keep calling Senators until the cloture vote is done. Unfortunately he is saying we can't catch our breath after the cloture vote. We have to start calling The House beginning tomorrow regardless of the cloture outcome. Duncan Hunter says that the Senators and especially the House Reps are counting the calls so lets unleash the full brunt of ALIPAC and our allies.

He also said (and I hadn't heard this) of the lousy thirteen miles of fence it's only one layer. It's supposed to be two layer fence and they have only built one layer!!!!
Get ready to clog the phone lines at The House. He thinks Pelosi might come after us with trickery like Reid did! Un"F"ingbelievable!

A point I have mentioned when I called is that Senators are voting for the bill and it hasn't even been written, they haven't even read it. How can they defend it? One staffer just sighed and said good point, lol.

Also Congressman Hostetler of Indiana said the same thing.

One layer!

Heck, you may as well not even build it if you're not going to build the double layer fence that was promised. The main thing I liked about the fence was the fact that it was a double layered fence. The first layer would slow them down and give border patrol a chance to respond. Hopefully BP would be on site before they made it through the second layer (remember, there is supposed to be a high speed road between layers).

It would appear as if our federal government is setting the fence up for failure. I guess then they can tell the American people the fence doesn't work. Sounds about right, everything they do involving security and enforcement is half-assed!
