Class Action Law Suit For Victims of Crimes By Illegals?
I have been wondering for a while now why there is no lawyer in our fine country that is willing to develop a Class Action Law Suit for Victims of Crimes by Illegal Aliens against the Federal Government and the State Governments where the crimes took place for blatantly disregarding the immigration laws and refusing to enforce them. If this were the case, there would not be thousands upon thousands of victims who are legal citizens and who have no recourse.
If any one has heard of something like this or if you hear of something like this in the future please let me know. I would be very interested in getting further information.
Also, if there is an attorney out there or someone who knows some great attorney that wants to make history, let them know right here is one victim who will jump on and help lead the way for every other victim who has been silenced and swept under the rug, abandoned by our government on all levels and by our justice system.
Thanks so much.

The only group that I know of is Judicial Watch. They are the "Aclu" for legal immigration. Right now they're involved with cases across the country such as Hazelton,PA. Not sure if they handle individual cases but I'm sure there's a lawyer out there willing to come aboard. I've often thought the same thing quite honestly.

Ok thanks for the suggestion. You know it does make sense considering the thousands of victims out there and frankly I wouldn't care if I got only 1 cent because it's so not about money. No amount can replace your health so for me at least it is more about principal and taking a stand and making someone accountable since the illegal aliens who continue to perpetrate crimes and cause auto accidents because they are unlicensed, uninsured, drunk driving, or a combination of the aforementioned certainly have not been held accountable in the least.
Thanks again. =)

That would be a great idea. Since the Government already knows these ILLEGALS are here, and getting support from Bush and the TRAITOR adminstration, they are harboring a criminal.
I think if the lawsuits start coming against everyone who is involed with harboring these ILLEGALS since they already know and are helping them get a free pass, to what ever they want to do. I think there should be some accountability. I wish I was a Lawyer, the lawsuit would come one right after another, even against the people who issue drivers licences to ILLEGALS then they go and kill someone with there car. It is so sad about what is happening to this Country, and the coruption that has been coming. They only want to fight yell, and demand rights..

I would think it may be possible to sue local governments for not upholding Illegal Immigration laws especially if someone is hurt by an Illegal who has been previously arrested but released instead of deported.

I have been saying this for years.
Maybe lawyers are afraid of antagonizing the powers that be - maybe they are afraid they couldn't win and how much money would there be in it for them.
You know, I wonder if the employers could be sued for having employed illegals that caused harm to others? I'll bet there could be some kind of network across the country to do that. There may be areas where one employer is so large and employs so many illegals that there are instances of more than one of their employees harming Americans.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
