Stop the impact of illegals before this happens to your town

We hear everyday about how the financial cost of having high influx of illegals in an area. But I just want to warn you to pay close attention and react early to prevent what has happened to a beautiful town in California from happening in your home town.

We lived in a town north of San Diego California named Temecula. Temecula is a master planned community. Everything was basically new. No such thing as an old run down neighborhood because it was all developed in a short time period. Now it was not as expensive as some of the well know close areas like Rancho Bernardo, or Carmel Mountain Ranch, but nice clean boulevards, new schools, and great family neighborhoods, new parks, and all new shopping areas. Easy driving to ocean, mountains, or desert. Absolutely not a town that was on the edge with already some bad areas. We left in 2000 for job related move. No real troubles with illegals at the time. This was a town that I would have bet would never get run down in short time.

Now I am learning that Temecula/Murrieta area has been hit hard by influx of illegals. One person estimated that 50% now are non-citizen. In some cases they purchase large homes in nice neighborhoods and make eight or ten bedrooms and all live together. It looks like the Temecula area is in real trouble.

So, if you have any hint that day work centers are coming in, or other warning signs.....jump your town officials and take immediate action. A nice town is a lot to lose.

I live in El Cajon, in San Diego County and we have been absolutely inundated with illegals, and since this mass invasion virtually every type of crime has grown astronomically. Everyday I see more cars with Mexican license plates driving down our streets, most likely with no CA registration, no CA licenses, and most certainly with no liability insurance, given the skyrocketing numbers of Hit & Run accidents.

So what does our City Council do in response? They modified our city emblem to show the American flag being morphed into a Mexican flag.

It's hard to see, but at the top are the American Stars and Stripes on the left, and it morphs into the Mexican tri-color buzzard flag. What a disgrace. So you can see what our city thinks of the invasion. Hell, why not just put up a white flag of surrender?

Wow, I can't believe what is happening to our country. That emblem is the same as treason against the United States.

I've personally been decrying the illegal alien influx/invasion for over 30 YEARS!!!!! People used to look at me like I was a nut job or a right-wing loon (OK, that part might be accurate!), but it truly has only been in the last several months that I have heard the moderates, the I-don't-see-how-they-impact-me weenies start paying attention. By now, at least here in California, it's already too late I fear. The other states, maybe they can save themselves. We got too many wackos running things here. Although, having said that, it doesn't mean I've given up. I still call the local politicians and complain about illegals. I only wish others in my city would do the same.

Call your local city/town/county officials and let them know how you feel about illegals working for contractors who get paid with taxpayer money.

Before we moved to Port Charlotte we had been coming here for 25 years. We have been living here 5 years now and even before Charley hit us you could see how neighborhoods, not only in the poorer areas but in middle class neighborhoods have changed. Our once beautiful beach area is strewn with garbage, our once clean streets, malls ect. are strewn with rubbish....if illegals are doing jobs that Americans wont do, wouldn't cleaning this mess up fall in to that catagory?
As for day worker establishments, well it would take more than ten fingers to count those in our community.

That many people will live in a one bedroom home. They just take turns sleeping in the bedroom, the living room, the laundry room, the bathroom and the backyard.

All American - A couple more bits of info about Temecula/Murrieta (the towns have grown together). Morning and evening drive time from Temecula to Sun City used to be about 10-15 mins. It takes at least an hour now. The 15 at Rancho Cal to the 215 split-off is almost always in gridlock.

The winery area, which has always be a high income residential area is now a super-high income residential area. Rumor has it that Swartzenegger (forgive spelling) has a home out there among other ultra-rich. I'll bet they are very happy with the huge pool of undocumented workers here, always plenty of help for around the mansion!

All of the empty areas are now filled in. Some of the homebuilders are building homes meant to house 3-5 families. Last year, just before the housing bubble popped and adjustable interest rates were still low, the banks got busy and sold as many homes as they could to illegal immigrants. This year the banks will be busy with repossessions. Almost seems like the banks robbed the illegals!

I've been here since 1987, was such a wonderful place then, now I look around and don't recognize a thing.

Wow, I can't believe that the city of El Cajon did this. I am surprised that there wasn't people didn't protest this. I bet it wasn't advertised, and that most of the citizens of El Cajon don't know about this???
