    Sounds like there is still hope in the Senate (however small). According to Sen. Martinez, Sen. Cornyn and Sen. Menendez don't fully support the so-called compromise bill (he's hoping they'll come onboard). Having two senators not supporting a bill for oppossing reasons has to be a good thing (divide and conquer). Perhaps the U.S. Senate will end up more divided on the bill than originally thought. This could work out for us if the majority of Republicans think the bill is to soft and the Democrat majority think it's to harsh. Keep your fingers crossed!
