    The Truth About 'La Raza'

Exclusive: The Truth About 'La Raza'

The nation's television screens many days recently have been filled with scenes of huge crowds carrying the colorful green and red flag of Mexico viewers could well have thought it was a national holiday in Mexico City.

It was instead, downtown Los Angeles, Calif., although the scene was recreated in numerous other cities around the country with substantial Mexican populations. Hordes of Mexican expatriates, many here illegally, were protesting the very U.S. immigration laws they were violating with impunity. They found it offensive and a violation of their rights that the U.S. dared to have immigration laws to begin with.

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa mounted the podium, but any hopes that he would quiet the crowds and defend the law were soon dashed. Villaraigosa, himself, has spent a lifetime opposing U.S. immigration law.

For law-abiding Americans without knowledge of the dark side of our current illegal immigration crisis, all this is unfathomable. For those who know the truth about the "La Raza" movement, these demonstrations were a prophecy fulfilled.

It is past time for all Americans to know what is at the root of this outrageous behavior, and the extent to which the nation is at risk because of "La Raza" -- The Race.

There are many immigrant groups joined in the overall "La Raza" movement. The most prominent and mainstream organization is the National Council de La Raza -- the Council of "The Race".

To most of the mainstream media, most members of Congress, and even many of their own members, the National Council of La Raza is no more than a Hispanic Rotary Club.

But the National Council of La Raza succeeded in raking in over $15.2 million in federal grants last year alone, of which $7.9 million was in U.S. Department of Education grants for Charter Schools, and undisclosed amounts were for get-out-the-vote efforts supporting La Raza political positions.

The Council of La Raza succeeded in having itself added to congressional hearings by Republican House and Senate leaders. And an anonymous senator even gave the Council of La Raza an extra $4 million in earmarked taxpayer money, supposedly for "housing reform," while La Raza continues to lobby the Senate for virtual open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.

The Mexican flag flew over a crowd of pro-amnesty marchers in New York. Marches like this across the U.S. have been supported by the “La Razaâ€

Is it this Monday night that Janet (LaRaza) is suppose to be on Lou's program? CNN is the only one so far that is giving her an audience. From what I've read Fox and MSNBC hasn't publicly responded to LaRaza's allegations. I believe that this is part of what Calderon is calling for to get the supposely mistreatment of the illegals and how they are contributing to the US economy out to the media for Mexico just before the primaries. If Lou is such a racist (as LaRaza wants everyone to think)why is she appearing on his program? Maybe she is a foot soldier for Mexico to get their message out there.

Yeh, I think it's tomorrow night.

Unless I've missed her, Miss Janet hasn't been on tv much lately. This is probably a ruse to get more tv exposure for her.

I just hope Lou takes off the gloves this time. He's usually too easy on her.

America is definitely under attack. One of the main attackers is LaRaza. For observers who don't know about them here is a little insight: The National Council of LaRaza is a racist, hate group. They hate anyone who is opposed to illegal immigration. You want your borders secured? They label you a racist. You want your immigration laws enforced? They label you a racist. And it goes on and on.

Some of their goals, like their cohorts goals, is to not have any wall or fence built on the U.S./Mexican border, and to have all Mexican citizens to be able to come into the U.S freely without documents and to go ahead of the line (no waiting).

Remember, do not be fooled by this group, and don't believe anything they say. Bigots like them are not welcomed here.
The National Council of LaRaza is the largest*hate group.

Any ideas on how to shut this group down? I am so sick of them. They need to be exposed for what they really are.

I am tired of our politicians supporting them.

Interesting that you posted this. Please read the following:

A campaign called the "Wave of Hate" was officially launched by NCLA (National Council of La Raza) President and CEO, Janet Murguia during a press briefing on January 31, 2008. The campaign is intended to "educate Americans about the rise of hate speech against Latinos and the corresponding rise of hate crimes and violence we are experiencing." An "anti-hate" website called "wecanstopthehate.org" was launched in conjunction with the campaign which will include a series of videos to "help put this current generation of hate speech into context." This venture was developed in collaboration with other leading Hispanic advocacy groups such as the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, Southern Poverty Law Center, Anti-Defamation League, Media Matters, and MALDEF,

In an effort to understand what, specifically, Ms. Murguia believes to be the origins of this hate, I decided to indulge my obsession with acquiring truthful information by accepting Ms. Murguia's challenge to "help put this current generation of hate speech into context." To begin this quest for truth, I chose to first examine and review Ms. Murguia's speech from the official transcript listed on the NCLA website.

After spending a substantial amount of time analyzing the content of Ms. Murguia's speech, I arrived at the following conclusion:

The context of Ms. Murguia's speech, paradoxically, proliferates racial discrimination. The text has been deliberately contrived to provoke and sustain a pervading theme of prejudice by manipulating the interpretation into an intentional perception of racism among Latinos, specifically targeted against white American citizens. For example, the frequent and deliberate misuse and intermingling of the terms "legal" and "illegal" when referring to immigrants, consequently denying any distinction between the two terms, therefore implying the identical meaning for both terms.

I then decided to review the content of two other speeches by Ms. Murguia also listed on their website and discovered that the context displayed the same pattern and produced the same results.

In conclusion, I find this flagrant attempt to manipulate interpretations and perceptions within the context of racial hatred thoroughly reprehensible. Ironically, I now realize that the origin of the hate Ms. Murguia speaks of so frequently actually originates within her own culture.

Ms. Murguia's speeches can be reviewed on the NCLA website:
