Story that Must Be Told, Pt 5: A Marxist Shell Game

Well, now that the George Zimmerman trial is over, we can get back to trying to figure out why “liberals”, the same type of “liberals” who filed charges against Mr. Zimmerman in the first place, think the way they do. After all, there’s a “reason” those charges were filed. Make no mistake. It had a LOT to do with “progressives,” The Frankfurt School, and Barrack Obama himself.
So, back to The Frankfurt School for some context.
When last we met, the boys (and girls) of the Frankfurt School had taken up residence, courtesy of Columbia University and the Roosevelt Administration, ostensibly to help America help her allies win the war against fascism. Who better, they thought, than a bunch of really smart German intellectuals to tell government and military leaders just what to expect from that crazy nut-nut, Adolf Hitler. After all, these “scholars” were already engaged in a battle of wits with the German Nazis during the Weimar and Hitler regimes. Surely, these men would only have the interests of the United States at heart as they battled the forces of evil in Central Europe.
What really happened, before, during and after the war was more like a shell game, where the goal of the Frankfurt School was to make it LOOK as if they were helping, when in fact their loyalties were strictly with the Soviet Union. Taking their cues directly from the Kremlin, these men and women worked actively (within the scope of their influence) to attempt to secure postwar Europe for the USSR, taking advantage of constant support from their Soviet handlers. And because the U.S. had to be so closely allied with the USSR in order to defeat Germany, Soviets worked quite openly with the American government as liaisons to the Kremlin.
For its part, the American military, at that time, was made up of various types of people — some brilliant, some not so. Further, American military Intelligence, essential to winning the war, was a complete shambles. The solution: a centralized intelligence organization named the OSS (Office of Strategic Services) which would bypass the other service agencies, but be controlled by the British. The perfect leader for such an agency was “Wild Bill” Donovan, a man of unquestioned personal courage, high public relations marks, and a cousin to President Roosevelt. Unfortunately, Donovan had NO intelligence experience. Therefore, truly in charge of the organization would be the Englishman Charles “Dickie” Ellis. Ellis, it would later be learned (once KGB files were opened subsequent to the fall of the USSR) was actually a triple agent, working for the Germans, the Soviets, and lastly, the Allies.
At the urging of Ellis, Donovan appointed soviet spy Franz Neumann (Roosevelt and Donovan, of course, had no idea that Neumann was a spy), to create and staff a group called Research & Analysis – Central Europe, whose mission it was to brainstorm the ideological focus of the European campaign for the OSS. Hired to accomplish this were a veritable who’s-who of radical “Frankfurters,” among them; Herbert Marcuse, Theodor Adorno, Friedrich Pollock, Leo Lowenthal, and others less known.

1 ... )

What is critical to note at this point is that after the war, these men would ALL go on to infiltrate American academia at its highest levels. One of them, Herbert Marcuse, who coined the phrase, ‘Make love, not war,’ would eventually become the guru of what was to be known as the radical New Left in the 1960’s (Think about that the next time you hear John Lennon sing “Imagine”). And, while all of this was going on, the Frankfurt School began to think about the post-war world, and what it might look like in the “perfect world.”
Finally, during this entire period, the “underground” soviet spy-network was greatly increased and, unfortunately for the U.S., remained in place long after the war ended. Hundreds of Soviet operatives worked under cover, and thanks to the incompetence of, for instance, unsophisticated military technicians like General Leslie Groves (who was in charge of developing the A-bomb) Soviet spies infiltrated American government and institutions at all levels. In fact, the ONLY reason the USSR was able to develop their atomic bomb in 1948 was because of the gigantic nest of spies inside the Manhattan Project. The details of all this are much too involved to go into in these pages, but available to anyone interested enough to look it up. Suffice it to say that the Marcuse/Adorno crowd did all that they could to undermine and radically transform European and American culture, before, during and after World War II, making Willi Muenzenburg’s pronouncement that, “We will make America stink,” prophetic.
So, how DO you make America stink? Well, one way is to crush Christianity and all of the institutions that have sprung up around it.
Next week: “Don’t Repress Me Bro.” We’ll find out why the Christianized West was the main obstacle to a “glorious” communist new world order. Reading it shall be mandatory!!!!!
