    Mexico's National Anthem

This is a stanza from Mexico's National Anthem.

But if some foreign enemy should dare
to profane your ground with his step,
think, oh beloved country, that heaven
has given you a soldier in every son.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

Yes, when it comes to illegal immigration, it's do as they say, not as they do. They would never allow this mass invasion into Mexico.

Well of course they do...without our jobs for their poor and the remittances they send back to prop up their economy - Mexico would be in deep doo-doo.

You got that right! Remittances sent to Mexico topped their oil revenue as the most significant amount of their GNP. It's their #1 source of revenue.

Check out this link. It's astounding, and these figures are from 2 years ago. Imagine what it is now!

That is an excellent link! More evidence that banks are helping grease the wheels:

Workers give cash to a clerk, who records the transaction and assigns a confirmation number. Using that number, family members can pick up the cash at one of the stores affiliated with the transfer company in their country.

In recent years, leaders of the major industrialized democracies including the United States have called for transfer costs to be reduced. Fees have dropped from 15 percent to 6 percent for an average transaction, according to recent studies.

"Sending money is something migrants have done forever, but it's easier and cheaper than it ever was," said Roberto Suro, director of the Pew Hispanic Center. In the last five years, dozens of banks and credit unions have launched programs to lure immigrants to transfer money with them.

    'Tolerance' just means 'Take it!'
It's not about conforming your mind to reality — but conforming reality to your mind (your mind over matter, not matter over you).

You betcha, they've got real problems in Mexico and the Mexican Elites are afraid that they are about to deal with a reckoning if these folks come back.
Why our government isn't pushing their government to change their policies is beyond me.

How could anyone from a country like Mexico seriously write a national anthem? At some point during the writing process wouldn't one of them be like: "c'mon esse, who are we kidding? But if some foreign enemy should dare to profane your ground with his step Didn't every country in the world do this to us like a few times and sh*% already? and we lost everytime? Can't we just write something about Aztec pyramids or chiahuahuas or something?" At which point the lead writer, dressed like a reject airline pilot in his general uniform with extra "flair" stands up and starts screaming something about Pancho Villa and Che...The one rebellious writer throws his pencil in the air, quits the gig and hops the late plane back to L.A. He has to get up early the next day and write some speeches for some McCain guy or something.
