I need some help from someone near Ontario, CA

We have a representative running for re-election and she owns a janitorial company in Ontario, CA and I have a feeling that her company hires illegals. When I exchange emails with her she has excuses as to why the the government program S.A.V.E. is not reliable. I live in AZ and need someone to investigate this for me. I need to expose her.

Can you provide some information about this person - a name, an office, a district? There are probably calls + messages that can be done to drum up some attention - but we need more information...

This links to the SAVE web site:
    http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/services/save.htm

Not reliable, yet these agencies use it:

Department of Defense Manpower Data Center
    Social Security Administration (SSA)
Driver's Licensing Agencies in Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, South Dakota, Virginia, and Wyoming
    Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission
City of New York Human Resources Administration
    Palm Beach County Property Appraiser
    Transportation Security Administration, HAZMAT Program
    Office of Personnel Management
    Federal Protective Service
The Basic Pilot program has been available to all employers in the States of California, Florida, Illinois, New York and Texas since November 1997 and to employers in Nebraska since March 1999. The Basic Pilot Program began operation in November 1997 and originally ended in November 2001; however, the Basic Pilot Program Extension and Expansion Act of 2003 (Pub. Law 108-156) extends the Basic Pilot to November 2008.
In use since 1997. Sounds like plenty of time to get the kinks worked out.

    Q. Can I verify the work eligibility of all employees in my company?

Answer: No, you may only verify the employment eligibility of employees hired after you signed the MOU.

    Q. When would I perform a verification query?

Answer: You would perform the automated employment verification query after an employee has been hired, and the Form I-9 process complete. This automated query must be initiated within 3 business days of hire. It is important to remember that the system may not be used to pre-screen an applicant for employment.
They can only check new employees though.

    Here is the company info:

    Namac Sevices
    2049 S. Hellman Ave.
    Ontario, Ca 91761
    (909)947-8832
The owners name is Nancy McLain. She is our district representative here and running for re-election and I would like to expose her if her company is hiring illegals. I have excahnged emails with her about her business and how she verifies that they are eligible to work. She has gotten very defensive and said she does background checks. I emailed her back aasked if she was aware of S.A.V.E. and she got kind of snotty about it and said of course she does. This was last week. All of a sudden I get an eamil from her this AM saying that teh SAVE program would not be able to handle employers checking employees.

She also wrote editorial in two newspapers in my area stating that she has never had any reports on her business.

My gut instinct tells me that she is guilty as hell and I want to know the truth, hopefully before the election. If not, I will still go for it. I would appreciate any help that you can give me on this.

Check my link above. That is the SAVE Program. It does start off talking about government agencies using it and fees. However, about half way down the page it goes into private employers using it. With no fee.

As far as her statement that the program is unreliable. I did a web search and couldn't find anything on that.

As far as her statement that the program would not be able handle employers checking employees. That is not entirely correct. Employers are not supposed to use the program to verify existing employees but can use it on new hires.

The above link goes to the Social Security Administration's on-line verification site. An employer can use it to make sure a current employee's name and SSN match.
