    There simply ISN'T ENOUGH law-enforcement personnel to DO the JOB! And after what happened to RAMOS, COMPEAN, and HERNANDEZ, can ANYONE be BLAMED for THINKING TWICE BEFORE entering a LAW-enforcement career?!
