The very reason you must have a real, physical fence/barrier. How dumb to believe virtual anything is not vulnerable to some type of failure. Use both, but build the fence.
Jeremiah 29:11Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

I think the real problem is that all of the construction companies have been taken over by illegals. They are in no big hurry to lock their friends and families out.

My illegal neighbors are still working construction. I hope it is a long hard frozen winter here and Mexico seems like a good place to go back to.

Very likely H1B folks worked on this. These would be the same folks that hack and troll from the IT departments of major corporations. The A team mentioned might mean American team.

Glitch? Yea, right..its not on line because they don't want it on line, just like they don't want the fence that they (the President) even signed into law. We can put a man on the moon but we can't fix an electronic fence? Yea,..wanna buy a river not far from here? I'll give ya a great deal!

We don't need no stinking virtual fence! What we needs is Duncan Hunter's double-layered fence stretched across every inch of our border with Mexico. That's what Hunter wants too, however, the 700-mile fence he had signed into law is a start. Let's get the darn fence built now! Honestly, the fence could be built in no time at all if our government would contract the job out to several different companies instead of relying on our NG and military reserves to build it.
It's no secret that DHS has shown absolutely no sense of urgency in securing our border."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

The idea of a "virtual fence" has escaped me. So what would that do?
