    Presidential Voters' Guides Now Available

The 2008 election campaign is reaching the pinnacle of activity in this first stage of the presidential contest. A few states have already held their primaries, but about 85 percent have yet to make their selection, and over half will do so in the next three weeks.

To help cut through the noise and the haze of the campaigns, WallBuilders has prepared a Presidential Voters' Guide that reviews seven positions held by the major candidates.

The Voters' Guide is included below, and you can click here: http://www.wallbuilders.com/LIBissuesAr ... sp?id=5386 to download a copy to print for church bulletins or to distribute to your friends, family, and associates.

The next six weeks will largely determine which candidates will continue on toward November and which will go home. Make sure your voice is heard in that selection! Vote in the primary in your state! – and consider forwarding the Voters' Guide to your friends.

    God bless!

    David Barton

I'm not sure why it isn't included. I've noticed a lot of the voter guides don't say much about illegal immigration.
This guide is for the moral issues from a christian perspective......still, immigration should be included.
I'm writing WallBuilders, and inquire as to why it's not included on the voters guide.

    Simple

The msm , the Dems and many of the repubs along with the
ethnocentric groups and big business groups don't want it
to be an issue during this election

We have to make it an issue

    Thanks Doots,
BUT WITHOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION LISTED AS ONE OF THE MAJOR ISSUES, I really don't like this website very much. Moral issues are tremendously affected by illegal immigration. Rapes, crimes, sexual molestation, DUI's, etc., are higher due to illegal immigration.

Your right usanevada. I just e-mailed WallBuilders with my inquiry. Hopefully they will write me back. If/when they do, I'll post it on this thread.

I'd just offer a subtle reminder that there will be folks here whose opinions do not coincide with those listed by this organization. Deviating from the core of our topic opens the door for disagreement and debate on topics which are not central to the objective. So, in short I'd just like to ask that people keep that idea in mind when offering subject matter on other or unrelated topics...

Just heard on CNN that immigration is the number one concern of South Carolinians.... so can anyone shed some light on why John McCain is leading in the polls? Do they not get any news media, newspapers, satelites, internet in South Carolina?

    McCain/Kennedy amnesty FTL.

I See. Understandable. Should I delete the post?

Wallbuilders appears to be a Conservative Christian group.

Their focus is not illegal immigraiton.

    Why the name "WallBuilders"?
In the Old Testament book of Nehemiah, the nation of Israel rallied together in a grassroots movement to help rebuild the walls of Jerusalem and thus restore stability, safety, and a promising future to that great city. We have chosen this historical concept of "rebuilding the walls" to represent allegorically the call for citizen involvement in rebuilding our nation's foundations. As Psalm 11:3 reminds us, "If the foundations be destroyed, what shall the righteous do?"
