    While illegal aliens are running rampant through Laguna Beach ICE decides to send 10 agents to San Juan Capistrano to pick up a car!

    That is the C in ICE, which is Customs enforcement. ICE is not only Immigration.

    But I agree that wasting time with a car is kinda lame. The Customs enforcement segment of ICE should be focused on drugs, not cars.
