A couple of flyovers with some A-10's firing warning shots might do the trick...This is ridiculous we are being invaded and our land taken over my mexihole. When will our government take this seriously and put armed troops to repel the invasion and war that is being waged on our southern border.

Mexican Gangs Maintain Permanent Lookout Bases in Hills of Arizona

Mexican drug cartels have set up shop on American soil, maintaining lookout bases in strategic locations in the hills of southern Arizona from which their scouts can monitor every move made by law enforcement officials, federal agents tell Fox News.

The scouts are supplied by drivers who bring them food, water, batteries for radios -- all the items they need to stay in the wilderness for a long time.

“To say that this area is out of control is an understatement," said an agent who patrols the area and asked not to be named. "We (federal border agents), as well as the Pima County Sheriff Office and the Bureau of Land Management, can attest to that.â€

It sounds like a new mission for the Minutemen.

It is sad but true that U.S. military jets seem to spend more time and fuel doing "flyovers" of football games than protecting us inside the country.

(And, no, I don't know what an "A-10" is, and I assume that the large jets which do ceremonial flyovers are probably bombers. However, the point of how taxpayer's funds are being used for our military aircraft in some incidences seems the same.)

A-10's are slow speed support aircraft. They are better known as tank killers. They use 30mm high speed guns for precision fire. Go to youtube and search...plenty of stuff out there. One nasty aircraft and relatively cheap compared to other aircraft.

Thank you for the information. It makes your idea sounds excellent, except that LA Raza, MALDEF. and the ACLU probably would promptly come up with a career drug dealer who now was "suffering from post traumatic shock symdrome" as a result of these warning shots, whose "human rights" thus had been violated, and whom some court would order to receive treatment at U.S. taxpayer expense. This would be only if they could not find someone credible to testify that they actually had been physically wounded by the gunfire, which, of course, they probably would, no matter how high the aircraft fire was aimed. Infuriating but perhaps more truth than fiction, especially considering the over-all excellence and precision of our military.

The neat thing to on the A-10 Warthog idea is they don't have far to go considering alot of them are already stationed in Tucson at the Air Force base.

Send them out along with some Apache Helicopters and it would make for one hell of a youtube video from their onboard camera systems.

Title the video as "In 30mm We Trust" and set up big screen LCD TV's at the border and give them a good showing....rated R for violence...lol

Or, we could call on all our former and retired Navy Seals, Army Rangers, Marine Force Recon Snipers, and not to leave the Air Force out their former Delta Force guys and give them new state of the art hunting gear and a 20K per head bounty (literally their head) for every drug trafficker they take out.

Then they can place these heads on sticks at the border as the new International sign for "Do Not Enter" which I would suspect even the most illiterate of illegals would understand how to read that sign.

Or, Mexico can invite them in to hunt down and kill the drug lords and split any money they find with them. Call it the new American/Mexican Bounty Initative.

Just hunt them down the same way we are with Al-Qaida terrorist except let them actually shoot somebody without having to go through 20 permission layers of red tape.
