Napolitano would not know a secure border if it bit her on the butt. We need troops to be put in place to patrol and interact with BP in the detaining and arresting of illegals and drug runners. That is going to be the only way the border is going to be secured. We need to make them play by our rules, make them realize we are now serious and willing to go all out in the closing of our border to illegals and those who bring in drugs. BP and ICE need the manpower backup in this war. Its high time we give them the military manpower along with the equipment that the military has to bring to the table.
