Help locating the FWD.us directives for today?

Mark Zuckerberg's ground FWD.us is supposed to be targeting lawmakers today and it looks like they are going after Facebook and Twitter accounts instead of phones. Can anyone find their complete directives?

I just signed up on Twitter with FWD.us and they wanted my email and zip. David Price is my Rep but they asked me to go after Robert Pittenger (NC-09), who they say "stood up for immigration reform in August"! Hadn't heard he did that but my guess is that he is the type they are after--a waffly republican. They know Price will support amnesty but think they can turn Pittenger. He is in deep trouble in his district already for claiming to be against obamacare but not being willing to defund it.
