The Senate just passed the bill to increase the debt ceiling. This will not stop their spending and it will not take long to find out. I watched C-Span in the House and Senate as different speakers got up and gave their opinion of the bill. And most were saying it was not a perfect bill but a START!

When was the last time they actually passed a good bill? One that was not filled with holes and later fraud since there was no enforcement of that bill. These guys were just play acting and waiting to the last minute to look as if they accomplished something.

I was going to call Rep Whitfield of Kentucky (and thank him) since he had one of the better speaches. He said the EPA is a big cause of a lot of jobs leaving this country and I have thought that for quite some time. They add costs to making a product here in America anymore, just as Congress passes bills that increase taxes or the price of products.
