    This effort is looking weak!

I'm about to start offending some people if support for our plans do not pick up quickly.

To many people jabba jawing and not willing to do the work needed to operate this organization.

If things do not pick up here soon, I will write this one off as having gone in the wrong direction for support for the plan.

    Respond here please

As I go around the main sites -cnn, abc, msnbc- I'm seeing them backpedal about how far ahead Mr. Obama is.

I'm seeing articles about; what if it's a tie, McCain tied in Missouri, race comes down to battleground states...but then Rove is predicting an Obama landside.

I'm doing what I can William.

It's a pretty busy work day for me since the 1st-5th of each month is "rent week" but I'm working from home, instead of my office, so I can also get caught up on housework, get busy on Thanksgiving decor, and keep up on a variety of news sources.

I've got two tv's going, both set to different stations, and the boom box on my desk is tuned in to radio. My husband has his radio and portable set both on outside so he can listen as he spends most of today storing the Haloween decorations and getting out the Christmas stuff.

I think we've got everything fairly well covered and will report anything of importance.

    So far, nothing yet.

PS: Please don't get too discouraged. If people aren't posting that doesn't necessarily mean they aren't on top of this.....just may be working, are running errands, keeping appointments, etc. and can't check in right away. Or it may just be nothing of significance has happened or someone else may have reported the same information first, that's all.

Remember....we're Alipacers. You KNOW we're out here doing what we need to do

Scanner on and keeping an eye on local news and web site:

An official with the Hamilton County Board of Elections confirms some ballot scanners are not functioning in a few polling places, but says those votes will be counted.

We can't deport them all ? Just think of the fun we could have trying!

Folks, lets keep our reports posted in the above link so we don't wind up with two report threads.
    Thanks.

Local talk radio here has an abundance of people who've voted for McCain.
Also the Dems here are pledging support for Lou Barletta. I think it's looking good for Lou.
    <div>Thank you Governor Brewer!</div>
