Thread: In California, what happens to the illegal's new truck?

When my husband was on his way home last night, to the avocado mountains above Temecula, he saw two border patrol agent vehicles, on the side of the road, with a brand new $25,000 truck between the two border patrol vehicles. On the side of the road were 6 illegals with their hands on their heads. I suspect the illegals will be deported, as they should be (6 less folks robbing folks in the area). In the past, if the driver of the truck didn't have a driver's license (and he probably wouldn't, if he is illegal), the truck would have been impounded for 30 days, which is the law if one is a citizen. However, I believe that another stupid law was passed in California, that if the driver, without a license is illegal, that it is only impounded for 24 hours.

Assuming, the illegal didn't pay cash for the truck, but got a loan from an illegal condoning bank, and assuming that the illegal has no other friends or relatives other than the 6 in the truck to get the truck out of impound, (and assuming that the mafia didn't buy the truck for the fellow, so he could harvest illegal marijuani), who profits from the truck--the impound company once they pay back the bank? (Of course, this assumes the truck wasn't stolen.)

Probably go to auction. I'd guess.......but who knows anymore.

Seems I heard some Democrat was trying to get this into law but I don't think it is yet.

Now is the tables were turned and citizens were given 24 hrs and illegals 30 days...would someone be crying "racism" or "racial profiling?"

So, I think it's time we do the same.

I BELIEVE THIS TO BE RACIST AND CONSIDER THIS LAW TO BE RACIAL PROFILING!!!!!!!!!..........AGAINST AMERICAN CITIZENS!
