McCain staffer: "McCain promised me Immigration Reform&

    TRANSLATED FROM:

McCain was a pioneer, along with his democratic colleague, Edward Kennedy, in promoting a migratory reform to legalize the undocumented. During his current campaign, the senator of Arizona has said that he will "secure the border first".

A campaign collaborator of McCain and human rights leader, ElĂ*as Maldonado, said that the senator "gave me his word that once he obtains the presidency he will promote immigration reform".

McCain recognized likewise that Latin Americans "are often the first in losing their jobs whe people come illegally to the country".

According to Maldonado, the contender would prompt an immigration reform that would translate in a temporary worker program, the guest workers plan, that proposed president George Bush.

I don't trust John McCain as far as I could pick his sorry butt up and throw him. His teaming up with Ted Kennedy for comprehensive AMNESTY was enough for most of us who live in the 'real world' instead of 'amnestyland'. As far as politicians go, either they are with US or they're against US. And John McCain is absolutely against US - in so many ways.

Unfortunately all three of the Presidential candidates are against us. This is not going to be one of those times when I have confidence in any of the Presidential candidates at all.

This makes me furious! I have made up my mind that I am not going to vote for McCain in November. I have been a lifelong republican but he has crossed that invisible boundary that puts him squarely in the NAU/SPP/La Raza crowd.

Bush pushed for reform and we see what that got him. McCain can try, and we will stop it again! Whoever become POTUS is not as important as making sure we get people like Barletta elected to Congress. We need to get rid of the Pelosi's, Reid's, Baca's, Kennedy's and such.

Congress has the power to enforce immigration laws, the POTUS is powerless. Let him "promote" all he wants.

At least with McCain, we can at least count on conservative Supreme Court nominees (I hope?). They can also effect enforcement.

And why exactly would McLame want conservative judges?
