There are no laws in the US against destroying a foreign flag.
And there shouldn't be.

Destroying the US Flag is considered free speech.

So for all of those crying about cutting up the that Mexican flag flying over the University of New Mexico. Hello! Nothing you can do about it. It's free speech!

My second thought is about MySpace.

MySpace should only be used as evidence by a qualified law enforcement agency, which can forensically investigate the computer systems involved. Otherwise it's just a smear campaign.

Seriously, anyone could go over there right now and pretend to be Peter Lynch and say all kinds of crap to so called friends. Also, someone close to Lynch could have signed into his account at his residence, or if he used a university computer. How do you know it's not one of his accusors that did it using his name?

University Comptuers are hacker training grounds and computer virus test sites.

For those upset about this, blame the Liberals that have gone before you. Remeber your heros that challenged free speech laws to the point that people are saying things you don't want to hear.
