    Exellent comments by Rep. Lamar Smith! Too bad all those elected to represent the American people cannot think this way! The 14th Amendment has been hijacked by illegal invading forces and they do not want to stop it.

    I remember the late great Terry Anderson brought up this fact several times on his radio show and at events.

    Here is a video of a very good speech Terry made in which he mentions the Amendment.

    You know, the Native American Indians were denied citizenship under the 14th. If people who have been born on US soil, before there ever was US soil, were denied Citizenship, then how come illegals get it?

    This mischief needs to be undone asap
    Its to much to hope for but this really needs to be retroactive

    No anchor of any illegal has ever or should be called a citizen

    Amen to that JTF! Exactly right! Anchor babies are not citizens and they were never meant to be, as the 14th Amendment was never intended to apply to the spawn of those who entered in violation of our immigration laws! It's a complete perversion of our laws and it must stop.
