Tancredo and amendment about border agents
I got a note yesterday from the Tancredo site, and it said that there was some amendment passed that the federal government cannot use any funds to keep Ramos and Compian in prison.
Anyone else hear about this? It sounded like they might be getting out because of this.

Someone placed a post on here the other day but I'm not sure where it is.

Actually there are three amendments which Duncan Hunter, Tancredo and Poe are attaching to spending bill HR 3309. One of these amendments is to cut prison funding for both Ramos and Compeon so their sentences will be commutted.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that is passes!

this must get through the conference and the president before it becomes law. Then remember that the administration has ignored laws for years.
