E-Verify Participation Posters
E-Verify Participation Posters
E-Verify Participation Posters must be displayed by participating employers to inform their current and prospective employees of their legal rights and protections.
Once enrolled and after completing the online tutorial, the employer will be prompted to download, print and post the English and Spanish Notice of E-Verify Participation and the Office of Special Counsel Right to Work posters. Employers can access the posters after logging in to E-Verify.

Thank you for the ideas you share on E-Verify’s crowdsourcing site, E-Verify Listens. In response to your feedback, we’ve revised the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work posters so that they require less ink to print.
It’s important to note that:
- It is mandatory for E-Verify employers to display the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work posters.
- Previous versions of the posters are still acceptable but the revised versions capture minor program updates.
If you are an E-Verify employer who displays the previous versions of these posters, rest assured that you are still in compliance. However, if you wish to print replacement posters or are printing these required posters for the first time, we hope you’ll be pleased that doing so requires less ink.
Please visit E-Verify Listens to share more feedback, including your ideas about the future of E-Verify mobile access.

Enery little bit helps, but IMO patriots should be advocating universal particpaion. Illegals go into small firms - kitchen work, bar back, janitorial. Americans used to do all of those jobs - when they could still get them. My buds and I did all of them.
