What about reports that 50% of illegals fly in and just Stay

they disappear into society and never go home.

50% cross at borders and 50% waltz right in with temporary papers and stay.

    This is a huge problem.

I don't know that I accept those figures.

I just don't believe it is true and it has been repeated several times by the pro-illegal crowd. That makes it suspect to me.

If they came here and overstayed their visas, there should be no problem sending them home. I mean no problem in ascertaining they overstayed their visas, therefore, no problem with deportation hearings, etc.

One thing I have learned, the politicians in this country could take a lesson from the spokespersons for these illegal organizations. They can lie with a straight face and sidestep with great agility.

That might be the case with some from other countries like Ireland, England, Germany, Poland etc., but it is not the case with Mexico or South America, they just come over the border illegally.

The 50% figure I have seen is of those foreign nationals that enter on legal tourist, student, worker visas. Somewhere around 50% of them stay past their visa expiration dates and simply blend into the woodwork.

I have heard spokespeople of the illegal organizations say, that MOST of the illegals in this country came here legally and stayed - I just don't accept that.

It won't be the first untruth they have uttered.

They stay the same way the ones that cross the border on foot and car.

They get phony papers and jobs for cash and disappear.

I truly believe our government does not even try to catch these people much less send them back.
