At my local Home Depot
I live right next to a home depot here in southern california and as I was passing the home depot to enter my apartment complex I saw a Borders Customs enforcement van pulling out of the Home Depot parking lot. I thought perhaps that was good news and they were rounding up the day laborers. I was wondering also if someone made a call and complained, hopefully it came from Home Depot themselves. I think it was a good sign none the less that a Borders Customs Enforcement van was even on the premises to begin with, it gives me hope.

Am hopeful too, unless they were there just to pick up a couple of bolts for the border fence. I have e-mailed Home Depot about the LA County demands they build day laborer centers, because "they caused the problem in the first place about selling construction products and attracting day laborers." I have given my support to HD to defeat this every time I contact them, and will send along stories and comments from this website to support their stance.
